Starbucks - West Jordan

The manager at this location is RUDE and has zero customer service skills. I feel horrible for the employees working under her. You can tell it’s a hostile work environment. I tried to make small talk when there was confusion on the stores part on our order and she was very rude and short. I’m a regular Starbucks customer all over the United States and this is the first time I’ve ever felt compelled to leave a bad review.

They have two unisex bathrooms and both are full of tweaker

The drinks were great however it took them 10 minute or possibly even longer than that to make them. There was a line in the drive but no one in lobby. A total of 5 employees working and only 2 making drinks while one was running drive and the other two were talking. It was frustrating how long it was taking. Also they became visibly upset and rude to a customer who stated they made her drink wrong.

Never coming to this location again. Took nearly 25 min to get my order when there were 3 workers and I was the ONLY one in store. Apparently I should have gone through the drive thru because those orders are clearly all that was cared about. Ridiculous.
