**Original review:** I usually order online from this location, and I did so again tonight for a pickup after work around 7:30. When I went through the drive-thru, I found out that someone had picked up my order somehow. The older lady was very nice and asked me to come inside, where they quickly reassembled my order. I’m really grateful for that! The food was good, though they did forget my biscuit—but that’s okay! Everything else was great, so thank you once again! **Side note/recommendation:** I think it would be beneficial for management to implement a system where confirmation codes or numbers are checked when picking up orders. Other than that, I’ve never had any issues with this place!

I waited 30 minutes for two biscuits and a large fry. For 25 minutes, my fries sat in the bag on the counter while I waited for the biscuits. By the time I finally got my order, the fries were cold. The biscuits should have been delicious since they were fresh, but one of the staff accidentally pressed their finger into one of them.

I visited this restaurant tonight and arrived at the drive-thru at 9:29 PM. I inquired about the availability of apple poppers and then asked for a moment to decide, as I was with my family. However, within just three minutes, I was rudely questioned four times about whether I needed help deciding, if I was still making my choice, if I was still there, and if I needed more time. I clearly communicated that I hadn’t been there in a while and was simply reviewing the menu, assuring them I would let them know when I was ready. It seems this place expects you to know what you want IMMEDIATELY, as they showed no patience for me to take my time; there were only about 30-45 seconds between each inquiry. I ended up driving away at 9:33 PM.

Just got take out and what a great experience. Food is even better than I remembered. The employees, 2 young men and a young woman, were amazing. Incredible customer service skills. We have not been here since COVID but for sure we will be back. I hope these employees get the recognition they well deserve for an outstanding job well done. They alone would bring me back. THANK YOU
