Contribuiți la feedbackIf they want a thinner cruste pizza, I would not recommend this place. otherwise it is a good choice, it has relatiw good prices compared to other local locations. I have an order over the phone for a 14 pizza to share with my bf and we chose the orange chicken pizza. we did it and took it home and it was not acceptable. it was too casual, it had only too much sauce. we called to complain and the person on the line seemed to understand, he was ready to make the pizza with less sauce without additional fee. I wanted to pick it up and it was much better than the first time. Instead of falling apart every piece remained intact and could be eaten. Although I was disappointed at first, I feel like the experience was worth the money.
Ordered a 26” pizza and was handed 2 14” pizzas instead. They may have thought this was an appropriate solution but it comes out to significantly less pizza. No one bothered to reach out to explain why they would be changing my order. Had they done so, I would have been more understanding and would have changed what I was ordering. Pizza was just generic with way too much cheese.
This was my first time ordering from your company. This is the food I paid 35 dollars for and exactly how it was delivered. I called to ask for a refund and the employee refused on 5/15/2022 I was also called a racial slur (n word) I hung up the phone after this. I will never do business with your company again and I will be submitting a charge back to american express.I am sharing this review everywhere.Edit: the owner won't respond to this post because it was he who called me the racial slur. Every other review was responded to but this one. Good luck with your racist business.
I give 3 stars because the food is amazing. I've been in to order pizza in person about 4 times. However don't even think about calling and ordering like a normal pizza place. The online ordering from their website says it's unavailable and I've called this place 5 times today in the last hour spread out and not gotten an answer and 1 of the times the person literally picked up and hung up the phone so I called back only to again go to the message saying no messages can be left. Not that I wanted to leave a message anyways. I can't leave work to go wait for a pizza to be made so I guess I just won't be eating here unless I have time to waste.Edit: I have now tried calling this place over 20 times on different days at different times and NEVER has anyone answered the phone. Most calls were around noon and about 4pm (I get off work at 430 so I'd love to pick up after work). I have worked at a Papa Johns so I understand busy times but the thing is once I called 3 times within 20 minutes, I get no answer, then I go there (takes me 7 minutes to get there) and find the guy sitting there doing nothing with no pizzas on order (I asked him about how busy he was). He was watching youtube on his phone. This tells me your staff purposefully does not answer phones. It's sad cause this place could make so much more money with how good the food is. Unfortunately instead of me being able to eat here 1 time every week I can maybe once every couple months because nobody will answer the phone.
My best friend, and my bro and me was cruising around, and we got hungry and I was craving Pizza and this being Utah I knew it wouldn't be anything open, but dude wow this place Hot Oven Pizza was open and they stay open until 4am that was a shocker, especially in Utah. It was only one employee; his name was Irving, he was very polite; very friendly; and he explained everything in detail, he took our order, and while we waited inside and talked and laughed, he started bringing our pizzas, and cheese bread and cinnamon bread and mozzarella sticks out, the pizzas were made properly, fresh and they were delicious. We were all very greatful and happy and we even had some to take home, is it was awesome. If you guys ever want a place that's open until 4am come here, they are amazing; and you will definitely enjoy your time.
