Arby's - West Jordan

Amazing staff! Kierra the manager came out had an amazing sweet smile was super nice and super helpful. The store was very clean. I'm glad we came here!

The food was really bad again. I said I wouldn't go back last time I went in to try there burger and it was terrible. Yesterday the French dip tasted icky, rubbery, gross-ness. Even the cheese tastes wrong. Well never again. Bye Arby's, it's quality over speed and quantity.

This is the Wagyu Burger with NO Onion. Definitely NOT worth $7.00. I should also mention that it was cold and boring. Better burgers elsewhere, and for the same price. Thank you Arby's, but not anymore. The reason I even give 2 stars is because the cashier lady was very polite and helpful.

I ordered a Double Roast Beef meal, jalapeño bites and mozzarella sticks. The fries were Luke warm, the mozzarella sticks were solid, the jalapeño bites were a little cool but not terrible, but my sandwich was NOT a roast beef but the beef n’ cheddar one! I absolutely hate this sandwich! I specifically ordered what I did because I hate the sauces they put on this disgusting sandwich! Super gross. Ordered two Buffalo chicken sandwiches that tasted like they've had been sitting for hours, missing lettuce. Only took a couple bites and couldn't eat it. Girl was rude
