First of all: I didn’t try the food as I was not even able to order it. Hence, I can’t have an actual opinion about the value That being said, service is beyond bad. I’ve worked a good amount of years within high end companies and brands. I truly believe this place might have everything to offer a high end or casual/exclusive experience, except for the service Hostesses had too many things going on, it took min to get us a table even thought we had a reservation One of them dropped the wood menus by accident, some of the menus landed in front of my right foot and did touch me. Hostess didn’t even looked at my face, she didn’t apologize or seem to care to ask me if I was ok. I’ve seen more customer oriented and polite people in street burger joint’s. After this same hostess guided us to our table (that was being prepared for over min) we saw that the table had water marks all over. We sat there waited about min and nobody came to offer water or clean the same table that took min to clean prior. Terrible service from A to Z Top of the worst experiences in a (HIGHLY doubt) good restaurant.

Great food and ambiance! The place was packed so they told us we had an hour and a half dining window when we first sat down. That was a little off-putting, I have to say. I understand that they are busy but we had a reservation and it was a little on the early side so I think they could have given us a couple hours before they told us they needed the table for another reserved party of

It was bad experience for us. We have to wait for our table min at the entrance because all the bar was busy. I told to the girl at reception times about our reservation and everything that she said it was that out table still busy. I love toca madera and it was not my fist time here. I’m coming every weeks with friends but that date was special for me and was f*cked by the waiting and reception unfriendly behaviour …..I don’t like that experience and I will find another place with better attitude. min of waiting for the table that was booked in advance no, thanks.
