We often miss authentic ethnic cuisine in Miami, especially since we're originally from the UK and crave good Asian food. But at Yatai, our cravings are satisfied! The Chinese Chicken with creamy sesame dressing features the most tender chicken and a salad that is simply exquisite. I always make sure to grab this as a takeaway for my flight back to Miami because it’s just that good. The special Spicy Crispy Shrimp is also a must-try—it’s always available on the specials menu. Despite never being a fan of sushi before, Yatai has turned me into a sushi lover! If you enjoy shrimp, don’t miss their Spicy Crispy Shrimp Rolls—they're absolutely delicious. And I can’t forget to mention their fantastic cocktails and Sake, which is served from a hollow bamboo cane! Yatai truly delivers everything you'd want in a restaurant. Whether you're visiting for lunch or dinner, the owner and staff always greet you warmly. Just a heads up: the entrance is easy to miss since it's a small doorway tucked away off Sunset Blvd. This is the most intimate and unique restaurant in Los Angeles—don’t miss out!

Soju cocktails and amazing tapas – the standout dish was definitely the pumpkin tempura with curry salt. It’s a delightful twist on classic sushi favorites.
