Jinya Ramen Express - West Hollywood

One of the best ramens I've ever tried! Amazing tofu bowl with various textures and flavors, with a fantastic view on Hollywood Boulevard! What more could you ask? :

It's a small storefront, but WOW! THE FOOD IS AMAZING! They have 3 main ramen dishes, and a build your own option. I had the spicy chicken broth with thick noodles. It was GOOD! I can't wait to go back for more!

Jinya Ramen's lofty view above Hollywood Boulevard is only a precursor to the delicious food thats awaits customers inside. With a variety of Japanese rice bowls, ramen, and salads, customers of Jinya are met with a pleasantly varied selection. Jinya also features several vegan and vegetarian options. Upon ordering, my friendly server politely informed me of any cross-contamination possibilities to accustom my dietary preferences. Customers can opt to customize their own bowls with a vast variety of broths, toppings and noodle options; or can order Jinya's specialties. We got a the spicy vegan dan dan men ramen, and paired the dish with a melograno arancia Sanpellegrino beverage. Additionally, we added ginger, garlic, and sesame seeds on top of the dish. The ramen was incredibly flavorful, delightfully garlic-y, and had a spicy kick. The ramen was well portioned, and the chunks of atsuage tofu within the soup were especially tasty and filling. Jinya had impeccably fast and attentive service–the ramen was ready in less than 10 minutes. We would definitely recommend this spot to any ramen lovers or Hollywood Boulevard tourists looking for a quick lunch spot. We will most definitely be back!

I took the Vegan Ramen dish, they have a few and you can make your own, the broth was great and the flavors and noodles were awesome! Would recommend! Staff were nice and helpful, if you love ramen I think you’ll enjoy this place

Awesome food with simple, fresh and tasty ingredients. Great customer service...It was my first time here and the server kindly explained everything to me. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the food was and I was very much satisfied after finishing my meal. Definitely worth a try. The location is nice because you have a nice view of Hollywood blvd from the dining area.
