A lovely lunch stop on a Friday! We happened to be passing and in need of a lunch stop and we were very glad that we discovered The Cat Inn. The service was excellent and we were made very welcome. Our dog was made a fuss of and given a bowl of water dog treat. Our meals were delicious-the tastiest Caesar salad and fish and chips we could have wished for. We even succumbed to share a grand marnier soufflé which was zesty and light. Highly recommended and we will have to find an excuse to return again. Service: 5

We had a lovely lunch at the Cat, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the service efficient and discreet and the food was excellent. We had the steak and mushroom pie (withvthe best chips I have had in years) and the cod which were both well presented and tasty empty plates! Service: 5 Location: 4
