Panda Express - West Hills

Very good food. Boomers in these reviews do what they do best: complain. Never had problems with Bland or hard food, or the amount of food in the portions. Edit: Why are there so many selfish busts complaining about the minimum wage workers who cook a whole new batch of food and thus stuff 30 minutes before closing my? You? re not that special and the world doesn?t orbit around you <3

Don't go here, otherwise you'll take your health to Jeopardie and be respected by rude staff. I have seen that people come from the toilet, touch the open utensils (fork, etc. with wet hands. When I asked to seal unpublished utensils (which they hide behind the checkout), it will rudely refuse to fade me. Also the oversized woman who is often there (manager? rudley snached the last egg roll I had ordered without an apology. Now I have lowered my previous 2 star to 1. It's fast and delicious. The Orange Chicken comes from the same supplier that trader Joe's delivers.

Definitely one of the better Panda Express restaurants in the valley. I will do a pros and cons for this review to give a faster and more detailed explanation. Pros Food is always on point especially the orange chicken Workers are kind and patient Pickup order system is pretty fast Will make food fresh (if requested) Cons Food runs out quick. If it?s later at night, they won?t make anything additional unless asked. It can get busy which means extremely long wait times. Overall, easily one of the better PAnda express restaurants. Just make sure to come before 8 or expect the food to be gone.

Today we went to this Panda Express and was treated very rudely by one of the lady server. I was looking at the dishes on their food counter so i could decide what to order and this lady server told me i cannot go back and forth to look, like i should just be in one spot to order. I just made 2 steps on the side to look! The way she said it also was very disrespectful, unpolite, and not a good way to speak to customers. Very poor customer service. Servings on our togo boxes are less portions than before. Overall, not a good place to go to anymore for food. Will never come back to this place, period!
