4.5. Yes, it is just a hotel bar with a short menu, but service, drinks, food and surroundings were all great. Without negatives, Petals deserves a high rating. The buffalo and chicken parmesan wings, pork potstickers, patty melt on rye and guinness fish sandwich were all unexpectedly satisfying and surprisingly good. The drinks had a good spout and the new bartender helped us with suggestions to make a special cocktail more personal. The Getaway changed a white rum instead of the sweet brand; the cosmpolitan replaced vodka for gin; Long Island Ice Tea was as good as listed. This room is not spectacular, but it should not be. It is low key and right whether on the dark illuminated bar or on a level in the brighter table section.

The service was excellent! The food, not so much. It is a cafeteria type setting vs restaurant. You order at the counter, pay at the counter, they give you a number and then bring your food to you. The atmosphere/character of the place was welcoming and clean.

In the price. Let you taste good, but very fat. It wasn't good. The fries had no good overall taste. Toast was barely roasted with butter?

It has been quite an adventure finding actually decent food here. Lots of misses. I recommend the Chicken Quesadilla.
