Hibachi X - West Haven

FINALLY OPEN!! Wow, my girlfriend and I have been eager to try this place, and we are absolutely thrilled! As a vegan, my options are often limited, making it tough to find meals that truly satisfy me. However, the flavors here were phenomenal, and the staff was incredibly friendly and full of positive energy. The price for the all-you-can-eat option is actually quite reasonable. The restaurant itself is beautifully renovated and has a lovely atmosphere. The only downside is that we live so close, we might find ourselves coming here several times a week! I would definitely recommend it.

The hours listed on the restaurant's website, as well as on Yelp and Google, indicate that they are open until 11 PM on Fridays. However, when I tried to visit at 9:30 PM today, I found it closed. I'm unsure if their hours have changed due to COVID, but this information hasn't been updated on their platforms.

This quaint little restaurant has its own charm and offers delicious food. We ordered the shrimp tempura, and it was fantastic!

This restaurant is fantastic and truly authentic. Everything was fresh and delicious. I can't wait to come back!
