Just your average Dunkin' store, the parking lot can be difficult to get in and out of at times

The fairly new night employee is such a sweet and kind person. Never does she have an attitude no matter how rude her customers can get with her. She just does her job and does it well.

Always very long line sometimes the employees are not the most polite or attentive but it’s Ansonia what can you do

The worst D.D. that I went???. The cashier was very angry with a very bad actitudes. I was ordering and she was making different angry faces and sighing and saying Oh my God She complained telling to the people that she was upset because it is the weekend and she is working alone. If she don 't like the job that 's not the correct job for her. That 's not a good customer service. That was very UNRESPECTFUL !!! ???

Coffee is always made right and fresh friendly service. Hermes always remembers my order and greets everyone with a smile! Best Dunkin' around.
