Contribuiți la feedbackI waited 20 minutes for two large frozen hot chocolates and a cappuccino. Instead, I received one frozen hot chocolate and only a half cup of cappuccino. When I went back to address the issue, they finally made the frozen hot chocolate, but didn’t mix it properly. The manager in the white shirt seemed more focused on impressing his friend than on getting orders right. I felt sorry for the new employee who clearly wasn’t getting the proper training. They weren’t even busy! I’m really disappointed with this Dunkin’ location. Zero stars for service!
The service is consistently poor. I frequently leave after waiting too long. A number of times, when I finally receive my medium hot coffee, it's filled with grounds. Since I'm driving, I only realize this miles down the road, and I'm left with a mouthful of grinds. Food rating: 1/5.
I've stopped by this place a few times on my way home from work in the afternoon. I usually order the cold brew, but lately, it has tasted like watered-down iced coffee. This location definitely needs some improvement.
This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to ever. Rashaan needs an attitude adjustment and some training. How you don’t know what light and sweet coffee is? I was going to order more while in the drive thru but instantly changed my mind due to the customer service.
Check your orders!! They get them wrong constantly. They are also extremely slow. Well except the drive through. Somehow they can go fast with thatFood: 1/5
