Jersey Mike's Subs - West End

My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. The service was incredibly slow and the staff was rude. I was completely ignored for four whole minutes, despite being the only customer there. It's unfortunate because I usually like to support local businesses, but the poor service made it hard to do so.

Rude people, some days just depends what day you go.

During my visit to JM in Southern Pines, NC, while training a new employee, there was a mix-up with two out of the three sandwiches I ordered. I don’t blame the new hire; mistakes happen. We actually drove 20 minutes past a Subway because we specifically chose JM. However, when I called back to address the issue, the manager accused me of lying, despite acknowledging the mix-up. All I wanted was a refund for one sandwich, but she refused. I’m not saying to avoid all JM locations, but I would recommend steering clear of this one in Southern Pines.

The Ivey Ln Jersey Mike's Sub was the best place to get a great Sub. That has all changed recently and I don't know if management has changed. The last 5 times we ordered, our toppings that are included with the Sub were missing and the Sub was packaged poorly. This last order, even the bread was burnt and I did not request to have it toasted. We had to throw the Sub out because the bread just crumbled. We usually spend $30-50 every time we order and just want a Sub that we paid for. We don't want to stop buying from Jersey Mike's because their Subs are great but unfortunately I think we'll have to change locations and drive a little further.
