Jersey Mike's Subs - West End

This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review because I was that frustrated. The experience was absolutely ridiculous. Subs are already pricey (which I can accept), but while I was waiting for my Club Supreme to be made, I noticed that A) the bacon looked like it had been sitting out for four hours, and B) the portion of roast beef was so small that it only covered about 80% of the roll (which was a regular size). So, I asked for more roast beef and even paid an extra charge, thinking I would finally get a decent-sized sandwich. Instead, I received two tiny slices. I was incredibly disappointed. I expected to receive a proper portion after paying for extra meat. Even at Subway, when you pay for extra, you actually get extra. After feeling immediate buyer's remorse over this ripoff, I complained to the cashier, but she just said it was due to the thickness, without even looking at the sub—when the thickness was about the same as the paper receipt she handed me. I paid $13 for this little thing, and it looked like mostly bread from the side.

During my visit to JM in Southern Pines, NC, while training a new employee, there was a mix-up with two out of the three sandwiches I ordered. I don’t blame the new hire; mistakes happen. We actually drove 20 minutes past a Subway because we specifically chose JM. However, when I called back to address the issue, the manager accused me of lying, despite acknowledging the mix-up. All I wanted was a refund for one sandwich, but she refused. I’m not saying to avoid all JM locations, but I would recommend steering clear of this one in Southern Pines.

Was good till this last week, went twice first time walked in complete chaos took over a half hour to get order. Two days later called in told would be ready in 15-20 min. Got there in 20 and had to wait at least 15 min to get order. And it’s as wrong whats going on??

Rude people, some days just depends what day you go.
