Mulberry Manor - West Dorset

Probably the most expensive baguettes in Lyme Regis with barely there fillings, served by staff who clearly would rather be somewhere else. Used to be great, real shame.

Great pastries and welcoming service. This is the must visit spot in Lyme Regis, with a wide variety of pastry shops to choose from!

I have been frequenting this restaurant for years, but recently I have noticed a decline in quality that seems to correlate with the increasing prices, which are now unreasonably high. I paid £8 for a sandwich that had stale bread. There are plenty of other cafes in the area that offer better value and higher quality options (such as Whole Hog and Galley Cafe). Best of luck to them if they are able to maintain that price and quality, but unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Very friendly service at the counter bakery. Had some lovely crab sandwiches and the pecan tart recommended was delicious, not too sweet, well made pastry and very moreish. Would definitely eat here again. Sandwiches little bit on the pricey side but crab everywhere seems expensive at the moment!

Long queues and a short walk from the harbour suggested this bakery was a good spot, but unfortunately the quality of products let them down. Ordered a traditional pasty, at £5 it came with sloppy soggy contents and flaky not shortcrust pastry. The tea was £2 and very weak. Sorry guys, room for improvement or I would suggest a shop around.
