Subway - West Des Moines

Some place you go to eat there food it will look appealing. But in this case there tuna didnt look appealing, it had other stuff in tuna beside tuna. I ask what that's other stuff in tuna instead of picking it out, she scoop it up and place it on my tuna sandwich and continue making it. I'd sudden lost my appetite when she did that. Well I got home, sandwich taste wasnt satisfying cause I lost my appetite, so I threw it away....... dont waste your time at this subway, go to subway in Walmart 73rd. they care more about your placing a order. The subway appl SUCKS! Black female-July, Sunday didnt wash hands, just put gloves on, made my sandwich. She had attitude on serving me, No patience..as if I'm wasting her time being in store. What point of coming here n being treated this way..

Ordered on line went to pickup , they didn't have Order ready , they didn't have Bread made , didn't make the bowl either, its a Saturday and no bread made , it was noon NOT GOOD

I came to order dinner at 9:46 after a long day of work (closing time 10 p.m. according to their posted hours) just to be told by staff they start closing at 9:45. I watched them put maybe TWO containers away as I was walking up. They told me ?we?ve already put everything away.? Thanks Subway on Grand for exemplifying the work ethic of so many people in our society.

Bad customer service. employees have bad employment and manager will argue with them about stupid things.

They have like one employee working so it's a bit slow if there's multiple people in at a time
