Panda Express - West Des Moines

Food is very yummy here. This dish is very tasty if you eat it hot. We love broccoli beef, pepper stake and mushroom chicken. Good price. I Iove to eat meat with vegetables so I choose this fast food always. We are regular customer here. I like to come back again and again : Thank you.

My wife and I are big fans of Panda Express, but lately every time we order, something has been off. Whether it's the orange chicken being slimy, the dish being too spicy, the flavorless rice, or receiving a container full of cabbage with barely any noodles. We're disappointed in the lack of consistency. We've had great food from this place in the past, just not recently.

The last three times I went they never have what I want. I ordered teriyaki chicken one time and they didn?t even give me the teriyaki sauce. My husband likes this place so today I went and the food wasn?t even fresh. My chicken was and crab Rangoon were soggy. Idk if I will return

The drive-thru worker rushed us to order quickly and failed to mention that one of the drinks we ordered was not available. We were instructed to wait in the parking lot, only to receive our food without any drinks. When we informed the employee who brought us our food about the missing drinks, she said she would get her manager. After a few minutes, the manager arrived with one drink and a box of white rice. It was only then that we were informed that the other drink was out of stock. Additionally, we ordered two plates that were supposed to come with two entrees each, but upon arriving home, we discovered they had forgotten one of the orange chickens in our orange chicken pepper steak plate. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience at this Panda Express and would not recommend it.

Lobby closed ..informed honey walnut would be 15 mins....when we got our order,no napkins or utensils, tried calling them three times no answer I would give them a zero star if I could
