Heavenly Asian Cuisine And Lounge

I cannot say enough good things about this incredible restaurant. The food is authentic and delicious, the service is spectacular, and the atmosphere is beautiful. I have been anxiously waiting for a place like this to open up so I could get my fix of authentic Chinese food, and having tried it, I'm not disappointed- If anything it exceeded even my wildest expectations! Even their cocktails and wine list are well thought out with lots of choices, showcasing true quality with each option. Well done Heavenly! I hope that people come to love this place as much as I do!

Extremely authentic cuisine! Owners are very friendly and accommodating. We had lunch, 4 different dishes n dessert; all wonderful. The best hot sour soup ever but it's only available for lunch. Dinner has 3 other soups to offer. Wound up taking food home, large portions. Decor was beautiful, staff were attentive and helpful, rice cakes were unbelievable. Highly recommend this restaurant and will return.

I recently tried a specialty cocktail at this restaurant that was infused with honeydew and tea. It was light, refreshing, and delicious! It was unlike anything I have tasted in Des Moines. I also appreciate that you can customize the level of spice in most dishes for the perfect flavor, and I enjoyed the table side tea steeping experience. The food is not only excellent and better than any other Chinese food I have tried in Des Moines, but each visit is also a unique and enjoyable experience.

This was our second time dining here. The food was amazing and authentic, both times. Tonight though, our waiter (Dylan) was fantastic. He was very educated on the menu and very attentive. Excellent food and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

I had the privilege of attending their soft opening last night and I must say... WOW!! The decor, atmosphere, staff, bartenders, special drinks, and food were all perfect. The authenticity of this restaurant truly shines through, and there is no other place like it in Des Moines. I highly recommend checking it out!
