I did not receive my food. I placed an order at 8:51PM today. After waiting for almost an hour, the app indicated that my food was ready and picked up with an estimated delivery time of 1 minute for the next 20-30 minutes, so I assumed the delivery driver was on their way. I even received a text message saying they were running a bit late but were close to delivering. However, at 10:38PM, I received an email informing me that my order was cancelled because the restaurant had already closed. I waited for nearly 2 hours only to have my order cancelled. The steps provided were useless as they turned out not to be true. I thought this app was supposed to provide quick food delivery and convenience, but it turned out to be a hassle.

The ingredients in the dishes are not as generous as they used to be.

The food was fine but the delivery time took 2 hours from the time I placed the order due to no available Foodpanda rider
