Thai Original Bbq - West Covina

The service and food at this restaurant were both excellent.

The BBQ ribs at this restaurant are awful. They are boiled and then lightly grilled, giving them a fake burnt appearance on the bone. The fried rice is also not as good as it used to be. The overall quality of the food has declined. Despite being loyal customers for over 20 years, we will be seeking out a different Thai restaurant.

This restaurant is one of our favorites. The food is excellent and the service is friendly. The prices are also good. The BBQ chicken and BBQ ribs are always moist, tender, and fresh from the grill. They have the best pad thai and delicious drunk noodles. The portions are very generous.

I never give bad reviews, but the food is awful. Usually when I order from other Thai places, I'm salivating from the wonderful aromas. I picked up my order and it smelled very fishy (pun intended). Ordered House Special with shrimp; once we opened the box took one bite, and threw away $40 worth of food for our family. We did not want to get sick. Already feeling queasy as I write this review. Sorry, guys.
