The staff are always very polite and exhibit excellent customer service skills, showing impressive patience even during busy times with only two people working. The pizza is consistently freshly made.

They make sure to notify customers in advance if there will be a wait for the pizzas, so no one is left stuck waiting. If I want a fresh, quality pizza, I’m perfectly fine with waiting ten minutes. I've also noticed that some customers irresponsibly leave their trash on the tables, even though trash cans are readily available. It’s disrespectful for them to move the tables around as if they’re in their own home. The staff is working hard, and we should recognize and appreciate their efforts!

Little Caesars is undoubtedly the best pizza place in the area! The staff works incredibly hard to make sure every customer gets exactly what they want. I’ll admit that there are times when things can be a bit slow, but you can really see the dedication behind the scenes. I work there myself and always aim to create a great experience for everyone who visits. I like to think I’m one of the friendliest cashiers around! However, I want customers to understand that our team is operating with limited resources due to budget constraints. After working here for about a year, I can empathize with the frustration of waiting, and I assure you that we’re doing our best to prepare your food accurately and ensure your satisfaction. We recently have a new manager, which has slightly altered our hours, but we continue to put in our best effort for your convenience.
