Kfc - West Covina

I would love to visit this restaurant more frequently, but the prices have become too expensive for me to justify. Therefore, I will not be returning in the future. Apologies.

What happened to this place. It used to be a good. It's the worst place to eat fried chicken. Service was awful. Chicken was burnt and tasteless. I tried their new hot wings and it was very hard and old. Do i need to check my order if it's fresh or not before I leave??!! Horrible horrible... Tried to call the location but no one's answering. This used to be my go to kfc as you can see on my previous review since the employees before was easy to talk to but this lately it wasn't a good experience at all. It's a waste of my hard earned money. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!

On September 22nd, 2023, I was at the DMV in West Covina when I suddenly had a craving for KFC, which luckily was located nearby. I decided to place an order online using my phone, which was very convenient. The staff there, two gentlemen whose names I did not catch, were very friendly. I received my order around 2:30 p.m. and enjoyed hot and fresh chicken that was absolutely delicious. Thank you for the great service!

I am giving 2 stars because the food was hot and tasted good. I decided to use the coupon I got in the yard with the other advertisements and try the Pot Pie.You would think because this is KFC there would be some chicken inside the pot pie..... The small amount of chicken was smothered in sauce!!! there were a few peas, potato, and carrot pieces. The crust was flakey and good.I am sure the pie was 'fresh ' because I had to wait 20 minutes for it to be ready.unfortunately, I waited outside!!!The parking lot smells of urine!!! YUCK!!!!!! while I was waiting understand why. A transient went into the KFC with her own cup.. went right to the soda machine and helped herself to a free drink, none of the KFC employees stopped or questioned her!!!I thought 'thank goodness ' I did not order a drink!!!! She came back outside and proceeded walk nest to a parked car (not her car she arrived on foot pull down her pant, squat and urinate.. Thanks (NO THANKS!! for the free entertainment!! No one stopped her.I thought 'thank goodness ' that is not my car!!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER return to this KFC!!!!

Once again, they forgot to include coleslaw, butter, and utensils with my order. I am very disappointed.
