Rice is hard and the service is not so great today.

Horrible customer service got no order right I ask for 2 Brec Burritos no rice extra beans. They repeated the order perfectly beans n cheese Burrito great I came home there were about 3 whole beans all rice no cheese in one of the burritos and when I said, thank you got the order I got a dirty look I will never go there any more they should go a whole new staff really bad service it totally suck not worth a penny or my time.. I tried the birria quesadilla, and I personally think it could use more avocado. But everyone has their own taste!

This is one of the worst El Pollo Locos in the area. I was here yesterday and everything they had was chickens. You couldn't order anything else. I came to lunch today, and people waited 15 minutes for pickups. On several occasions I did not get any utensils in the drive thru, or said that they were made of almost everything you can imagine (e.g. chips, salsa, chicken, big cups etc., etc.). .

This is the first time I've had issues at El Pollo Loco. It took them 5 minutes to take my order, and they had plenty of staff; they were just too busy with other tasks. The TV screens were also out of order, so I wasn't able to see the menu. To top it all off, the portions were small, and the salsa was watered down.
