Canaan Chinese Cuisine - West Covina

I found this place on accident, I had to charge my Tesla, so while my EV was charging, the smell entered my nostrils and I had to find it! Less that 50 feet from the charging station BINGO! Me and my wife were seated promptly and our food began to arrive within two minutes of ordering! The Lobster and noodles is a Fav for my wife! I loved the sweet and sour chicken! The beef was like cotton candy melting in my mouth! We drive over an hour everytime we go here and it’s worth it!! The overall appearance is clean, maybe a picture or two would help the appearance, but trust me this place is a 4.7 on my overall lifetime scale!!!

The food was great. Quick service for dining in, but when my friends ordered To-Go, it took more than 2 hours before they got it. We even had coffee already in a nearby cafe.

Great food, clean environment, and decent service. The prices are reasonable, and there’s a large menu to choose from. There’s plenty of parking available, though the dining room feels a bit cramped. The portions are generous, perfect for families!

Canaan is a remarkable authentic Chinese restaurant that serves excellent Cantonese-style dishes. The prices are great, and the portions are generous enough for a group of five. Dining here for both lunch and dinner is a very satisfying experience. Every dish features high-quality ingredients and is prepared to perfection.
