Old North Pancake House - West Chicago

This restaurant is a fantastic spot for breakfast. I have been coming here since I was a child. The house style cooking is delicious. It can get crowded because it is not very big, so it is best to arrive early or be prepared to wait a bit. The country fried steak is probably the best I have ever had. We also love their Friday fish special. The fish is always great and it makes for a delicious meal.

This restaurant is without a doubt our favorite spot for Sunday morning brunch. The delicious food and friendly staff always make us feel welcome and at home. Even with young children, it is easy for me to relax and enjoy a hot meal here.

We would always drive by this restaurant but finally decided to stop in for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised with the service and food. The owner, Rick, was very personable, friendly, and professional. We will definitely be returning in the future!
