I visited the drive-thru and ordered two ham, egg, and cheese wake-up wraps. The person taking my order mistakenly repeated back bacon, egg, and cheese, and I had to correct her. When I reached the window, they handed me the wrong donut, so I returned it. After receiving my wraps, I took a bite and found that they were cold in the middle. I decided to go inside the restaurant this time. They provided me with two fresh wraps, which were warm, and even offered me a free donut, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the new wraps were overcooked, and to top it off, I was not given any napkins.

The staff at this place are quite rude, especially the manager. This morning, I stopped by to grab a drink on my birthday, and the manager outright asked me, "Do you have your payment? We have a line of cars waiting." I realized I had mistakenly taken the wrong card from my wallet. To make matters worse, she processed the wrong order and ended up holding up her line even longer while trying to process a refund. It's disappointing because I frequent this location, but I definitely won’t be returning.

I come here every morning for my Med Coffee Iced with Easy Skim. They make it perfectly each time. They are friendly, always smiling. I go out of my way to stop at this Dunking because they know how I like my drink and because they are always nice!!

I have to say that this is the only Dunkin' Donuts I will ever visit in the western suburbs. Everywhere else, the coffee isn't great, the donuts are stale, and the service is terrible. But here, everything is spot on, and I'm always pleased!
