My fries were cold and stale. My onion rings were cold. The cheese on my Texas Whopper was nasty. It took them 30mins for my order. Not going to this location again!

Wife got an impossible whopper and it was frozen in the middle, was offered a replacement order. Only for it to never be fulfilled.
Ordered from the app went to pick up my food and have the employees telling me oh someone already picked up your order needless to say I’m angry because I spent 30 dollars on that order and didn’t even get a sorry or anything like how is that my fault?
