Wings To Go - West Chester

The only highlight of my visit was the fries. When entering a restaurant, customers should anticipate a warm welcome. Unfortunately, the employee was on her phone and appeared unfriendly.

This review focuses solely on traditional bone-in wings. We hadn't had them in a while since my child was away at college. So on a whim, we decided to order a 20-piece order of medium buffalo wings tonight. This level of spice used to be a crowd-pleaser for both young and older guests. However, when we got it home, we found that it was practically unsauced. I called the restaurant, and the staff member couldn't have been more accommodating. I returned the wings for a replacement, and they informed me that to achieve the heat level of Frank's hot sauce, I would need to specify that in my order.

The food was extremely disappointing. The wings I received were old and as hard as rocks. I specifically requested them to be cooked until tender, but instead, I got wings that felt like bricks, along with soggy fries and tough, stale bacon.

The new owners of Wings to Go have saved the day more then once? I love Sarah and Perry. I?ve never had a bad thing from there? Boneless chicken are always on point!!!

I cannot say enough great things about the new ownership of this place. He has already bailed me out 2 times with food. 1st with my brother's funeral and now with a comedy show that we thought we had enough food and we were out of food within 15 minutes call wings to go and boom 30 minutes later we have plenty of food for everybody. Thank you again Perry... A plus 2 thumbs up!!!
