Love insomnia cookies, and this is the closest location, that i frequent quite often. unfortunately, there seems to be a pattern when it comes to online orders. they usually leave out something or give u the wrong order.mother 's day, i treated myself to their vegan ice cream and cookie and they forgot my cookie...we were far from the shop when i noticed and was extremely disappointed. that 's when i came to realize tho, they mess up our online orders a lot....tonight my fiancé 's order was all messed up and ive decided to finally leave a review cause, as much as i love the cookies, something 's gotta give :(like i said tho, it 's the online orders that get messed up. if u go in and order they usually have u make sure they got everything correct!

Second time attempting to get something from here yet once again the employees fail to recognize there is a customer standing in line. Entered the store and we were the only people in line while there was a gentlemen loading/unloading what looked like a freezer in the back. He looked at us multiple times but made no attempt to take our order or alert another employee. Would love to try this place but it looks like my money would be better spent elsewhere.
