Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

My family was in the city for a children's sport tournament and tried capriotti’s for dinner one night. the staff was pleasant enough, though slow) and the place was clean, but eating is just terrible. I'd go over the road and get a sandwich from the WA-Wa tankstelle before I get back. the cheesesteak was nothing but a frozen steak-um slaughtered on a piece of bread. the teaching has learned for us, would never consider to go back. I'd really go hungry before I eat again.

So I am a first time customer saw they got decent reviews and wanted to try their food. The guy told me their behind an short staffed and would be a couple minutes until he can take my order. I told him no problem and waited patiently for 15 minutes. He then took a customer to place an order before me which is ridiculous as he had me wait to place an order. worst customer service an rude of him. I've never tried their subs but as of now I will not return.

I've been ordering the Bobby since 2008 from this location and I can't get myself to order another sandwich at Capriotti's... it's that good! Pro tip: Try the 18 size an slice it into 1-2 sections as an appetizer for a get-together.

So, I used to feel like this was a reasonable lunch spot, but 2 medium sambos and a bag of chips for $30 is kinda steep especially when you consider this location has become very stingy with their sandwiches.I got a medium capasatrami today and one half barely had anything in it, just very wet coleslaw that created a super soggy and dripping sandwich. Last time I had the Bobbi and it was mostly stuffing with barely any turkey (none of it was white meat). Definitely worth the extra drive to Exton if you get a craving.

Had a slaw b Joe and Wagu cheesesteak today, April 5th 2022. Thy were both exquisite!
