Boxcar Brewpub - West Chester

The head chef was on vacation, and the food was just average. I would have chosen a different place if I had known I would be faced with limited options and mediocre meals.

The food we received was cold and had to be sent back. Our meals were served at different times, which was frustrating. The guacamole contained large chunks of unripe avocado and lacked seasoning. Overall, the food was not very tasty. On a positive note, our waiter was friendly and did his best to provide good service. It seems the kitchen needs some improvement; they could benefit from a little downtime with a cold beer!

Great spot for after the train! We were a party of 11, including three kids, and it was the perfect place for families.

Really great live music, great craft beer, good food. No cover! Just a really fun place to hang with friends.
