Biaggi's Italiano - West Cedar Rapids

Well at 14 minute 30 second mark, I was talked to in this virtually empty place. Had lots of wait staff and multiple table visits with everyone except me.The couple after me had their drinks within moments of arriving but I was left sitting, as the staff walked by.I did agree with the gentleman who spoke with me, we should start over. So I left, to Olive Garden.Schade, I did like this place.

Stopped in last night after picking friends up at airport. Ordered some kind of black noodles with lobster pieces. Got home to Waterloo after and I was sickest I have ever been. All night long I was very sick. Food poisoning! Never again!

I usually call in an order for a couple of the lemon cakes to go for dinner parties. It's my favorite Iowa desert.

Ordered our food for rapid pickup, texted my arrival at 7:11, it was supposed to be done by 7:16. I waited 10 min in the car and went inside to find out what was going on. I was told to sit at the bar and had to wait another 10 minutes before somebody finally remembered I was there. Got our food cold and was only offered a small apology as compensation. Given that you have to tip in advance on pickup orders, I guess there's no incentive for good service.
