Never even got to try the food the slowest service ever!

I feel bad scoring lower but I want to. I couldn't really understand what the girl was saying. She was very quiet and it was difficult with her accent. That part was MY personal problem. But I said light on mayo and mustard and she put a TON of mayo. Plus, the new menu makes it hard to order a sandwich.Vegetarian options: Make it how you want it. Trust that they don't touch meat to vegetables.

That was the worst Italian sandwich I think I have ever had no oil no vinegar no Italian seasoning never again going back to DiBella'

Employees had a hard time understanding English and understanding them was nearly impossible.They didn’t seem familiar with the menu. Very frustrating ordering experience.
