Red Rooster - WEST BUSSELTON

On April 9th, 2022, we ordered and paid for a chocolate mousse at the restaurant. Unfortunately, when we opened the bag, the mousse was missing. This store consistently disappoints us in some aspect.

I was served by a waiter named Xavier who was extremely impolite to me and my coworkers, using profanity behind the counter. He definitely could benefit from some customer service training. It was an embarrassing experience for all of us.

Eating was easy to order on the app, food arrives when they said it was here that you could also follow the driver. Delivery driver was super friendly with the food arriving fresh boiled and hot, winner! Recommended when repairing a chicken and chips

The restaurant offers delicious food, has a helpful staff, and maintains a clean atmosphere.

The chicken was one of their best. From 20.22. Great service. You were so busy. The food was good. Had problems with the online order for the next nights dinner. I was not informed that the payment had gone through. So I went to the store to pick up just to get a message that my food was on the way. To get a refund and I didn't want to waste any food, so I watch both orders home and gave the friends elevators.
