Worst Bon Chon I’ve ever been to. The Lowell and near Boston locations are far better. We were surprised that this one was not dine-in with servers like the others. Ordered to go at the register and Edwin, the cashier, did not inform us that our order was ready at all. He forgot about us so we waited 15-20 minutes until I asked for an update. Seems like most people just order online and pick up here. Maybe they need to change the workflow/system a bit?As far as food, we ordered potstickers half soy garlic, half spicy and they were extremely soggy! We also ordered chicken wings the same way but those were actually tasty. Overall, probably won’t be coming back here.

Make no mistake, this is fast food.If you like crispy breaded and fried chicken that is juicy and spicy enough to cause your girlfriend to run screaming 3 hours after you have dinner then this is the place.It is one of the only fast food places I frequent and one of the only places that you can get food. That's spicy enough if you like spicy stuff.I enjoy the side dishes as well but I mostly just ordered the fried chicken

Just based on the service alone the guy at the register had a boy meets world haircut. And thought he was the smartest guy in the restaurant. The food I specifically asked him about the sauce afterwards it said on the board comes with every meal he told me they were a dollar each. The Food the one in Lowell, Ma was by far better they actually know how to run restaurant for $30 I got five strips that were extremely salty like really salty and a tub of rice. I don’t taste anything other than salt. I doubt they’ll stay in business. The rice was subpar kinda dry. Not a gem by any means. Don’t be fooled.

Delicious food, amazing service! Honest people! Place, that you can trust so much, that even leave you purse here and pick up 5 hours later! But realy food is so good, make my mouth watering, while writing review ?
