We stayed at the Hilton Promenade and were directed toward the Hilton across the street for a breakfast buffet. Was kind of shocked with the price of $30.00 per person with a poor variety of standard cafeteria mix. Eggs were pulverized to a grit form. Biscuits were hard and sausage gravy hardly had any sausage. Glass ware was so stained with soap rings, they looked dirty. Now our waitress accidentally spilled coffee on my left leg and it went into my shoe. Not alot, but sure was hot. She apologized and was sweet and I didn't make a big thing...its happens. She gets 5 stars for being kind and caring. Our waitress then reported it to the restaurant manager and the manager came to check on me. She said she would adjust my ticket. I was thinking she would comp my meal, which would be of the norm. Instead she took off $10.00?? Okay, as a manager you would comp the meal of the person who was involved. If you want hot breakfast food and quality..seek it elsewhere in Branson. $90.00 was alot for restaurant surplus food that was not fresh.
Meat was under cooked, sent back and 2nd pass was good. Beautiful sunny day, but really dark room with all the curtains closed. Overall, not bad, just not great.
I was at the Hilton convention center in Branson, Missouri, and though the restaurant was closed, one of the cooks or chefs, I’m not sure which, named Zach, was kind enough to help me get a delicious cup of black tea with heavy whipping cream and honey just the way I love it! Since there was no way for me to pay for it, with no cashier available, Zach just took the initiative and asked for a nice review. So here it is, and thank you. I hope to enjoy some of your cooking because if it’s anything like your character, it’s top-of-the-line! Your friend, Jackson Cash.
Truly a 5 star experience. This is our second time dining here. As far as high-end steak reataurants go; few are worth it, but this one is. It 's apparent the beef is sourced from a quality supplier. The natural tenderness of the steak, flavor profile, and preperation are spot on. The atmosphere is classy yet not over the top. Service is consistently good. Our server tonight, Haley, was excellent. Don 't come here if you aren 't prepared to spend $100 per person out the door.
Had high expectations for dining at this establishment. The ambiance was nice, the drinks were as described. Our waitperson was wonderful. SuzAyne was her name I believe. She was very knowledgeable about the menu selections and very friendly. The food let us down however. I ordered diver scallops with sun dried tomato creamy risotto for $60. I received 3 scallops approximately quarter sized on three quenelles of rice. The risotto was extremely dry, still toothsome and very disappointing. My partner ordered the prime rib which arrived at our table seared with a hard crust. Why?? A beautiful piece of meat was ruined.... A 16 oz cut of Prime rib should not be seared.
