Rally's - West Branch

I was charged an extra $14.99 for wings I didn't order. I was kind and understanding when explaining the discrepancy and requesting a refund. They supposedly refunded me a total of $17.36 (for ranch as well) and I still haven't received it. This was2 weeks ago! Still no sign of my refund. I called a few days ago and was told I need to consult with my financial institution. Iexplained that I just so happen to work at my financial institution and have seen absolutely zero hint of a refund. The problemis on their end. It's my money I want it now! That wasn't fair. I'm kind and polite but nearly twenty dollars to be ripped offof is pretty excessive and frustrating. ????

Ordered 2 sandwiches with no onion. Onion allergy. Made wrong! Couldn't eat lucky I don't go into anaphylactic shock from one bite. ???????? Fries okay but food quality is terrible! Burgers seem n taste cheap for $4-7 burger Need quality control!

Great spot to stop. The wife and I were on the road and stopped at Rally's and it didn't disappoint. The food was hot and fresh and the people in the drive threw had great attitudes even though they were busy. 5 stars all around.

Great food, and descent prices. The chicken sandwich is very big. My family loves the Mozzarella sticks. Amazing and delicious.

Good food I mostly got fry?s because they filled me up. The employees were very nice and professional at the window and speaker. We parked and ate at there cute set up of tables and umbrellas.
