Nothing Bundt Cakes - West Bountiful

We purchased a lot of cakes for a company thank you. Covid put a damper on our traditional events and so we brainstormed what would work for us. We decided to provide cakes for Thanksgiving the night before, and It was fantastic. Our clients loved the cakes, and the staff were prompt, courteous, and very accommodating! We were very pleased with our experience! Thank you!

What I appreciate most about this restaurant is the owner's genuine commitment to ensuring that every customer has the best experience possible. I encountered a situation that I considered quite unusual, given my overall positive impression of the place, and I reached out to share my experience. The owner responded promptly, quickly coordinated with her team, took full responsibility, and provided coaching to prevent a recurrence. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my experience was as pleasant as it could be. The restaurant is exceptionally clean and well-organized, and the staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. The owner's sincere response to an unfortunate situation was outstanding, and I wholeheartedly support her leadership and her restaurant. I greatly appreciated that effort and would be more than happy to return in the future. Oh, and by the way, the cake was delicious too! You can expect 100% satisfaction guaranteed when you visit.

The cakes here are absolutely delicious, but unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing. The girl working this evening was very rude. When I inquired about the availability of the white chocolate and raspberry bundt cakes, she rolled her eyes at me. I ordered a chocolate chip bundt cake, but she handed me a chocolate chocolate chip one instead. When I asked for the original chocolate chip cake, she told me it was gluten-free and refused to sell it to me. She didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted a receipt before dismissing me to assist the next customer in line. I won’t be returning.

Happy birthday to ... me! (or anyone else) These cakes are amazing! Birthdays, any special day, or just a way (husbands) to get on your wife's sweet side. This will do it. The cakes we have gotten here are excellent.
