Smashburger - WEST BLOOMFIELD

Ok so as for the food the burger was good but the fries were too oily. Nothing like California. I gave this place a 1 star bcuz the kitchen staff is super rude. I had to hold back my tongue

Visited for the first time. They were short staffed so it was carry out only. Took a minute to order but the cashier was nice and trying to get the line down. My food came quickly and was fresh! I enjoyed just wish they had brussel sprouts available.

They aren't allowing people to eat inside. This is why SmashBurger is closing its locations. Can't run a business if you won't service customers, $140 in sales lost today. I got a big family, full meals and milkshakes around. But instead. Nope. You get nothing.

There were only 2 ladies working 1 in the kitchen and 1at the register. I was immediately greeted and advised of the situation as well each customer who arrived after me. Great Job ladies!!! You both deserve a raise. Excellent customer service as always. Additionally, every time the young lady took an order she washed her hands before handling the food and she does this all the time!!! I wish i could give 20 stars!!

Went here for lunch. Waited in line for 15 minutes as I watched the lady bag pick-up orders (doordash). She then announced that they were too backed up on doordash orders and weren’t taking any in-store customer orders. Which is ridiculous. She handed us a free fountain for waiting and sent us out the door.
