Pancheros Mexican Grill - WEST BERLIN

The food is delicious. It would have been 5 stars, it wouldn't be for the guy who led the food line and his lack of patience. My first trip to this restaurant and I wasn't sure what I wanted. We were the only people next to help. So his impatience was probably something he worked with. I'll eat there again, but I'll decide what I want before I get to the counterpart.

It's a Mexican restaurant. Kind of like Chipotle if you're familiar with this restaurant. The options are the same but Chipotle?s taste is better. Pancheros is less tasteful. No matter if it tastes good.

The thing that puts this spot above many others is the fresh Tortilla oh, they press it and steam the Masa right in front of you, it has a great chewy texture and flavor, the fillings are also very tasty, if given the choice between here and chipotle I would pick Pancheros every time.

Pancheros was good, there was a long line when we arrived, but it moved rather quickly and we were ordering our food in no time. This was the first time I was there and ordered a bowl. I know they are big our their burritos but that was not what I wanted. They make it in front of you and you tell them what you want. It was very tasty and the price was not too bad either.

We love Pancheros and have always ordered in store. I was trying to save time,so ordered in the car on my way. Super fast as I walked in 5 min after ordering figuring I'd wait a few minutes. When I got home I realized my bowl was missing the chicken and very light on veggies, salsa, etc overall. My husband's burrito was the size of a small baby. Obviously two different people made our order. Always fresh and delicious but disappointed in the oversight tonight. Will definitely be back but only in store ordering.
