Cute little place. Outdoor patio was pretty sad and full of spider webs so sat inside. Crab cakes were delicious! Salad was good but small portions, mushroom soup awesome. Ordered two 10oz strip steaks medium rare and they were cooked very well done which was very disappointing. Very dry and tough to get through. Did let the server know. We wanted to try dinner here. Their website says they are open until 9 on Mondays. We arrived at 8:10. The front door was wide open, nobody in the front room so we walked back and there was a table eating dinner in the back. We waited about 5 minutes and no employees were to be seen. Finally, I knocked on the kitchen door because I saw two guys in there. I said we were there for dinner but the guy said “sorry, we’re closing”. We went elsewhere and had a nice dinner. Maybe this is the new normal and maybe I’m old-school. If you say you’re open till 9 then that should be the deal. We won’t be going back again.
