Jumbo's Frozen Custard - West Bend

Food was very good, full stop. I really really enjoyed my meal, the food was delicious.The service was very bad, however. The employees all seemed to be under 20 years old, while that isn 't a problem in itself, the restaurant seemed to be under no management and the employees could do whatever they wanted.While waiting for my food, I heard and saw one employee spank another, then talk about how they could still see a hand print on their body. I also heard a comment of man I wish I had a knife in reference to wanting to stab another coworker. It wasn 't said seriously, but still definitely not something to be said at a workplace and absolutely not in front of customers.There was also some paperwork and employee scheduling papers out on one of the tables in the dining room. Not a great thing for customers to be able to see and read.

I really enjoyed my fried egg burger and caramel custard. The service was prompt and friendly. This is a good establishment to eat at and support.

Jumbo's has huge, delicious hamburgers. That's all we had. The burgers are so big, you don't need anything else.

Custard is always good. Prices went up a little. Obviously because of of , well you know. Very friendly people.

Whenever my family visits West Bend, our first stop for food is always Jumbo's. While it can be pricey for a big family, it's a treat and everyone has a favorite. We stopped on Friday for dinner a little later than usual, around 6:30pm. One car was ahead of us in the drive-thru. We got our food but was a little disappointed this time around. The burgers were thrown together in the bag which was manageable but the fries we couldn't even eat. They had two orders crammed together on top each other in a bag and it made them extremely soggy, making them inedible. The kids meals were just okay. The price $50) for our family was just not justified by the poor quality of the food this time around. Service has seemed to go downhill a little bit but after this trip I'm not sure I'll rush to go back.
