The Cornish Bakery - West Bay

I enjoyed a perfect flat white to-go while taking a walk along the beach and the pier. We also picked up some delicious treats from Cornish shops to take back to our vacation home, and they were a hit. This part of the bay really needed a much-deserved facelift. We’ll definitely be back!

I grew up in Cornwall, so I have a real appreciation for a good pasty. In my experience, the staff here are excellent. Most of my interactions were with a woman named Nikki, who was both helpful and pleasant. As an adult with autism, I sometimes struggle with public interactions, but I never had any issues here. They also offer vegetarian and vegan options, which is great. I highly recommend this place!

This is undoubtedly the best coffee in and around Bridport and West Bay, especially when Sabina is the one making it. The smooth, comforting texture and flavor are simply exceptional. We hope the rest of the staff will learn to make it just like she does, and our local friends all share this sentiment. The staff here is consistently welcoming, polite, and cheerful, which makes for a truly enjoyable experience.

Special trip back to west bay today for another pasty from the cornish bakery! bacon laekkäse was fantastic as thai chicken, and all served by the beautiful staff. definitely recommend some of the best pasties I've ever eaten

What a lovely friendly place, staff are super friendly and professional. So clean and food very well presented . Really excellent coffee and the pastries and cakes are to die for. The Cornish Pudding which I have never had before was amazing . Highly recommend everyone .
