Frog & Toad Bistro - West Banks

We visited the restaurant on Father's Day. The food was promptly served and delicious. The waitstaff, especially the girls, were friendly and accommodating. The West End Hotel in Townsville is known as the oldest hotel in the area.

Very welcoming hotel, staff very honest and attentive. The Parmy was delicious and very generous in portion the staff even offered a container to take home. Well priced would definitely recommend

Good pub. Pretty quiet during the day. Went at night and had the best BBQ Ribs. Sunday I had the best Roast of the Day I've ever had apart from a home cooked meal.

Went there lastnight 29/07/22 i had the bangers and mash which was **** good the people i went with 1. Had steak burger which he enjoyed and the mrs had the ribs which fell off the bone it was a great feed all in all and service was great told them we'll definately be back welldone to all that work at the bistro part of westend hotel

We went to the hotel last weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good selection to choose from on the menu. I chose the pumpkin salad, it was very tasty. My husband had Rump steak and it was cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth. No complaints from us,the meals were reasonably priced and I would recommend this venue for a good meal..
