Carvel - West Babylon

Owner is incompetent. Doesn't even know the menu. Way to much milk not enough shake.

Great quick and speedy service! Good ice cream as always.

I will never go here again!! I wish I could leave no stars. We ordered a cake on Monday to be ready at 12pm on Saturday for my son's birthday. My husband went to go pick it up and no one is there, store is closed. Sign says they open at 11am. Waited a half hour and still no one. How do you run a business like that. Had to go somewhere else last minute and settle for a different cake. Top it off, we already paid in full.

While in town on a visit w family, craving some good old Carvel, we attempted to grab some good at this location. We entered to find a man working on the machine with his back to us...no acknowledgement that we entered the building. We looked around as we were figuring out what we wanted..said man disappeared to the back somewhere, not to return GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...NOT!!! We just left

Worst carvel ever! Walked in no greeting couldn't be bothered. I felt so unwelcome. I also got old freezer burnt ice cream and my order took forever. I had to repeatedly tell him what I wanted because because he was not paying attention!!
