Sweet Grass - Wessington Springs

A true hidden gem in what others might refer to as the middle of nowhere. It’s the perfect meal after a long day of pheasant hunting. We plan to make this a regular stop on our trips to the area! The food is fantastic, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and beautifully decorated.

We have been coming to Sweet Grass for 4 years now while in town to pheasant hunt. We come everyday for lunch, always great food and great service. Also their bakery section has to die for cakes to go.

The food was excellent and expertly prepared. The service was fantastic; Kelly was friendly and attentive to our table. The facilities were clean, and the atmosphere was wonderful. If you’re anywhere near Mitchell on I-90, it's definitely worth the trip to Wessington Springs.

Tha food and the service was awesome. And the bread pudding I had for dessert was delicious!!

The service and food here are great. Every small town could benefit from a place like this. Be sure to visit the museum across the street; it has lovely exhibits and friendly staff.
