They don’t listen well. I’ve asked them multiple times not to put the Brown sugar cookie in my cold brew and it’s still in there. When I asked for a refund I got a sassy attitude because they refuse to listen. Want to know how to mess up my morning? Keep messing up my coffee! I have been going to this location regularly on my way to work with no problems until a couple of weeks ago when the taste of my coffee changed. One time....ok maybe they're just out of sync but nope this was repeated. I stopped going for a couple of weeks and thought I would give them another try yesterday. Nope SAME NASTY COFFEE. Avoid this place . The owner needs to clean house there because there isn't one good employee. Wait about 15 min on the drive thru so decided to go inside and no one never came to the cashier. Rudest employees! Didn’t acknowledge me sitting there for over ten minutes. We placed order at kiosk and they took other orders before us. Had to ask to have our order filled. Don’t wash hands after entering and exiting building. Nasty attitudes and demeanor. Also openly talked about finding a new job in front of customers.
