Supervisor Eddie Chavez is a rude person and another lady supervisor as well.. the lady humiliated a young person the young kid asked for a water cup he filled up with regular fountain drink the lady supervisor went up to him told him to pay full pricein front of customers yelling like if he is a bad person.. stands at door of lobby... the young kid goes and try to pay for drink... card don't go thru... we all don't know what that young person. Going thru...I tried to pay for his drinks the lady says no throws cups away In trash.... I had my cups from my meal I purchased decide to ask the young kid wat drinks he wants in the process the supervisorEDDIE Chavez approaches me starts screaming and saying I walked out when I just opened door in lobby didnt step outside and my wife was in lobby waiting for my mocha... he was screaming In my face yelling in front of customers no sence of customer service... wat a role model for the company... should fire both Eddie and the other lady wasn't able to get name cuz she walked to the back... They as well talk bad and aggressive to employees...

Paying the amount that is overpriced should included the mixing of the topping I didn’t ask for ice cream with Oreos on top I asked for a McFlurry ?

There have been several times that I go to eat there and there have been about 3 to 4 times that I get a very despotic girl and I ask her for food to eat there and she always gives it to me to take away because because she doesn't have clean trays and she gives me everything to take away Every time I go and there she always does it to me
