Chef's Corner Cafe - Weslaco

The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. The wait for food was no longer than 10 to 15 minutes. I ordered the lunch special, BBQ Brisket, which was served with rice, beans, and salad. The brisket was tender and flavorful, and the BBQ sauce had a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and I look forward to dining there again.

I had lunch at Chef's Corner on April 28, 2017, with two friends, and the food was fantastic. I ordered the chicken California, which was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, featuring colorful, perfectly cooked steamed vegetables and pasta topped with a delightful lemon cream sauce. My companions' meals were equally delicious.

I have visited this restaurant several times, and the food is consistently delicious. Thank you, Chef Roberto!
