Starbucks - Wentzville

Unfortunately this Starbucks isn't being run up to par. I was in recently while working in the STL area and came in for coffee. As I sat, drank my coffee, and worked a bit I noticed several customers come in separately and none were greeted promptly to say the least. There were 5 employees behind the counter and one guy stood at the counter for at least 4-5 mins before he was greeted. I watched at least 3 of the employees behind the counter having what seemed to be a funny conversation while this guy waited, it was uncomfortable to even watch! Also, bathrooms were dirty, all the tables were dirty, and I never saw anyone doing any housekeeping duty. Do yourself a favor and go to a diff Starbucks, not a well run location. Coffee was standard Starbucks if I'm digging for something good to say...

Was a busy day for Starbucks. Orders were running 45 mins behind. I waited that long for a coffee. People got tired of waiting and lots of orders left on the counter which slowed everyone down. Would definitely cancel order and leave next time.

The product was good but the drive-thru line is ridiculous! My order sat ready for me for 20 minutes while I was sitting in the drive-thru line!!! It makes me not want to go there.I wasn't in a position to go inside.With all the brains at Starbucks, you can't figure out how to speed up the car line and eliminate blocking traffic.The prices are pretty high as well. You are paying for the name, unfortunately.

Waited in the drive thru for over ten minutes with one car in front of me. Eventually had to leave with out my coffee and breakfast so I wasn’t late for work.

I ordered my drink and it had been taken by someone else mistakenly. They made my drink immediately with no hassle, true customer service! 5 stars for Wentzville Starbucks, well deserved!!
